As a Senior Designer at the AICPA, I managed a five-person team, including staff designers, copywriters, proofreaders and freelancers.
• Sole design responsibility for all requests from AICPA.com & CPA2Biz: develop and assist in implementation of user interfaces with cross-platform branding.
• Create & oversee direct mail campaigns, book designs, conference displays and promotional materials, including Flash projects
• Key involvement in multiple re-branding efforts, as well as product and campaign launches
• Contributed to high-level strategic direction and creative vision with stakeholders and management
• Monitor and mentor employee performance, process and quality control: focus on creating order and calm in a fast-paced environment.
